حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ كُهَيْلٍ ، عَنْ حُجْرِ بْنِ عَنْبَسٍ ، عَنْ وَائِلِ بْنِ حُجْرٍ : " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ وَعَنْ شِمَالِهِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Wa'il (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would turn to the right and to the left when saying salam (at the end of prayer).
