حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ بْنِ وَائِلٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا سَجَدَ وَضَعَ أَنْفَهُ عَلَى الَأًَرْضِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Wa'il (may Allah be pleased with him) that I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that when he performed prostration, he would place his nose on the ground.
