It is narrated from Hazrat Wa'il (may Allah be pleased with him) that a bucket was presented to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank some water from it and rinsed his mouth in the bucket, then either turned the bucket upside down into the well or, after drinking from the bucket, rinsed his mouth into the well, due to which the well began to emit a fragrance like musk.
