Hadith 1880

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade that garment which is made entirely of silk. However, Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) says that there is no harm in a garment whose embroidery or patterns are of silk.
