Hadith 18699

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا الْأَجْلَحُ ، عَن أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ ، فَيَتَصَافَحَانِ إِلَّا غُفِرَ لَهُمَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَتَفَرَّقَا " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Bara that the Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When two Muslims meet each other and shake hands, before they separate, their sins are forgiven.
