Hadith 1866

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever makes images will be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and it will be said to him: 'Put life into what you have created,' but he will not be able to do so. Whoever narrates a false dream will also be punished on the Day of Resurrection, and he will be ordered to tie two grains of barley together, but he will not be able to do so. And whoever listens to the conversation of a people who do not want him to hear it, molten lead will be poured into his ears on the Day of Resurrection."
