Hadith 1854

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by the valley of Azraq. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Which valley is this?" The people replied, "This is the valley of Azraq." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "It is as if I am seeing Musa (peace be upon him) descending from the mound and loudly reciting the Talbiyah." When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) reached a place called Thaniyyah Harsha, he asked, "What is the name of this mound?" The people replied, "Its name is Thaniyyah Harsha." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Here it seems to me as if I am seeing Yunus (peace be upon him) riding a red, curly-haired she-camel. He is wearing a woolen cloak, the reins of his she-camel are made from the bark of a date-palm tree, and he is reciting the Talbiyah."
