Hadith 18394

It is narrated from Hazrat Nu'man (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and began to seek permission to enter. In the meantime, the raised voice of Hazrat Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) reached his ears. When permission was granted and he entered, he caught hold of Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and said, "O daughter of Roman! Do you raise your voice in front of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?" The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) intervened and saved Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her). When Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) left, the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), teasing Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), said, "Did you see how I saved you from that person?" After a little while, Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) came again, sought permission, and entered. He saw that the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was making Hazrat Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) laugh. Hazrat Siddiq Akbar (may Allah be pleased with him) said, "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)! Include me in your reconciliation just as you included me in your dispute."
