حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ مُرَّةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَالِمَ بْنَ أَبِي الْجَعْدِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ النُّعْمَانَ بْنَ بَشِيرٍ ، قال : سمعت رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " لَتُسَوُّنَّ صُفُوفَكُمْ ، أَوْ لَيُخَالِفَنَّ اللَّهُ بَيْنَ وُجُوهِكُمْ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Nu'man bin Bashir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Keep your rows straight, otherwise Allah will create discord among you."
