Hadith 18339

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَوْفٌ ، عَنْ حَكِيمٍ الْأَثْرَمِ ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُطَرِّفُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنِي عِيَاضُ بْنُ حِمَارٍ الْمُجَاشِعِيُّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي خُطْبَةٍ خَطَبَهَا ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ أَمَرَنِي أَنْ أُعَلِّمَكُمْ مَا جَهِلْتُمْ مِمَّا عَلَّمَنِي يَوْمِي هَذَا ، قَالَ : وَإِنَّ كُلَّ مَالٍ نَحَلْتُهُ عِبَادِي فَهُوَ لَهُمْ حَلَالٌ " فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Iyad (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said while delivering a sermon: My Lord has commanded me that I should teach you the things He has taught me today, and of which you are unaware. (Thus, my Lord has said:) Every wealth that I have bestowed upon My servants is lawful, ............ Then the narrator mentioned the entire hadith.
