حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " إِنَّ مِنَ الْفِطْرَةِ أَوْ الْفِطْرَةُ : الْمَضْمَضَةُ ، وَالِاسْتِنْشَاقُ ، وَقَصُّ الشَّارِبِ ، وَالسِّوَاكُ ، وَتَقْلِيمُ الْأَظْفَارِ ، وَغَسْلُ الْبَرَاجِمِ ، وَنَتْفُ الْإِبِطِ ، وَالِاسْتِحْدَادُ ، وَالِاخْتِتَانُ ، وَالِانْتِضَاحُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The following things are from the acts of nature: rinsing the mouth, putting water in the nose, trimming the mustache, using the miswak, cutting the nails, washing the joints of the fingers, plucking the hair of the armpits, cleaning the hair below the navel, performing circumcision, and sprinkling water on the garment after relieving oneself.
