Hadith 18318

حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ابْنِ الْحَنَفِيَّةِ ، عَنْ عَمَّارِ بْنِ يَاسِرٍ ، قَالَ : " أَتَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ يُصَلِّي ، فَسَلَّمْتُ عَلَيْهِ ، فَرَدَّ عَلَيَّ السَّلَامَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Ammar bin Yasir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I came to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while he was performing prayer. I greeted the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) with salam, and he (peace and blessings be upon him) responded to me.
