حَدِيثُ ابْنِ صَفْوَانَ الزُّهْرِيِّ عَنْ أَبِيهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُHadith of Ibn Safwan al-Zuhri from his father (may Allah be pleased with him)

حَدَّثَنَا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ يَعْنِي بَشِيرًا ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ صَفْوَانَ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَبْرِدُوا بِصَلَاةِ الظُّهْرِ ، فَإِنَّ الْحَرَّ مِنْ فَوْرِ جَهَنَّمَ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Safwan Zahri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Perform the prayer at a cooler time, for the severity of heat is due to the effect of the heat of Hell."
