Hadith 18152

حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنِي مَسْلَمَةُ بْنُ نَوْفَلٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ وَلَدِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Mughira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade cutting the noses, ears, and other parts of corpses.
