Hadith 18147

حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ ، عَنْ وَرَّادٍ ، عَنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ : رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ كَرِهَ لَكُمْ ثَلَاثًا : قِيلَ وَقَالَ ، وَكَثْرَةَ السُّؤَالِ ، وَإِضَاعَةَ الْمَالِ ، وَحَرَّمَ عَلَيْكُمْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : وَأْدَ الْبَنَاتِ ، وَعُقُوقَ الْأُمَّهَاتِ ، وَمَنَعَ وَهَاتِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Mughira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah Almighty dislikes three things for you: idle talk, excessive questioning, and wasting wealth. And the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) has declared it forbidden for you to bury daughters alive, to disobey mothers, to withhold wealth, and to beg.
