حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ الْخَفَّافُ ، أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ بِمِنًى عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ ، وَإِنِّي لَتَحْتَ جِرَانِ نَاقَتِهِ وَهِيَ تَقْصَعُ بِجِرَّتِهَا ، وَلُعَابُهَا يَسِيلُ بَيْنَ كَتِفَيَّ ، فَقَالَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ قَدْ قَسَمَ لِكُلِّ إِنْسَانٍ نَصِيبَهُ مِنَ الْمِيرَاثِ ، وَلَا يَجُوزُ لِوَارِثٍ وَصِيَّةٌ ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ الْوَلَدَ لِلْفِرَاشِ ، وَلِلْعَاهِرِ الْحَجَرُ ، أَلَا وَمَنْ ادَّعَى إِلَى غَيْرِ أَبِيهِ ، أَوْ تَوَلَّى غَيْرَ مَوَالِيهِ رَغْبَةً عَنْهُمْ ، فَعَلَيْهِ لَعْنَةُ اللَّهِ وَالْمَلَائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْمَعِينَ " . قَالَ سَعِيدٌ ، وحَدَّثَنَا مَطَرٌ ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ غَنْمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ خَارِجَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ . وَزَادَ مَطَرٌ فِي الْحَدِيثِ : " وَلَا يُقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَرْفٌ وَلَا عَدْلٌ " . .
It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Khariyah (may Allah be pleased with him) that (in the plain of Mina) the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon while sitting on his camel (which was chewing cud and its saliva was flowing between my two shoulders) and said: "Be aware, charity is not lawful for me and my family." Then, taking a hair from the shoulder of his camel, he said: "Not even equal to this." The curse of Allah, the angels, and all people is upon the one who attributes himself to anyone other than his father, or who leaves his master and takes someone else as his ally. None of his obligatory or voluntary deeds will be accepted. The child belongs to the (owner of) the bed, and for the adulterer, there are stones. Allah Almighty has given every rightful person his due right, therefore, no bequest can be made in favor of an heir.
