ومن مسند بني هاشمFrom the Musnad of Banu Hashim
حَدِیث العَبَّاسِ بنِ عَبدِ المطَّلِبِ رَضِیَ اللَّه عَنه عَن النَّبِیِّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَیهِ وَسَلَّمَHadith of al-Abbas ibn Abd al-Muttalib (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (peace be upon him)

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ يَعْنِي الشَّافِعِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْهَادِ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " ذَاقَ طَعْمَ الْإِيمَانِ مَنْ رَضِيَ بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا ، وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا ، وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ نَبِيًّا رَسُولًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "He has tasted the sweetness of faith who is pleased and content with Allah as his Lord, Islam as his religion, and Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) as his Prophet."
