حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، قَالَ : قَرَأْتُ عَلَى الْفُضَيْلِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو حَرِيزٍ ، أَنَّ قَيْسَ بْنَ أَبِي حَازِمٍ حَدَّثَهُ ، أَنَّ عَدِيَّ ابْنَ عَمِيرَةَ ، قَالَ : كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِذَا سَجَدَ يُرَى بَيَاضُ إِبْطِهِ ، ثُمَّ إِذَا سَلَّمَ أَقْبَلَ بِوَجْهِهِ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ ، حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ ، ثُمَّ يُسَلِّمُ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ وَيُقْبِلُ بِوَجْهِهِ ، حَتَّى يُرَى بَيَاضُ خَدِّهِ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ " . قَالَ : أَبُو عَبْد الرَّحْمَنِ ، وَحَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ مَعِينٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ، فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ.
It is narrated from Hazrat Adi bin Umairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performed prostration, the whiteness of his blessed armpits would become visible. When he turned his face to the right while saying salam, the whiteness of his right cheek would become visible, and when he turned his face to the left, the whiteness of his left cheek would become visible. The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain of transmission.
