It is narrated from Hazrat Amr bin Kharijah (may Allah be pleased with him) that (in the plain of Mina) the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a sermon while sitting on his she-camel (which was chewing cud and its saliva was flowing between my two shoulders) and said: "Be aware, charity is not lawful for me and my family. Then, taking a hair from the shoulder of his she-camel, he said: Not even equal to this. May Allah's curse be upon the one who attributes himself to anyone other than his father, or who leaves his master and forms allegiance with someone else; none of his obligatory or voluntary deeds will be accepted. The child belongs to the (owner of the) bed, and for the adulterer, there are stones. Allah Almighty has given every rightful person his due, therefore, no bequest can be made in favor of an heir."
