حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ نَافِعٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ ضَمْضَمِ بْنِ زُرْعَةَ ، عَنْ شُرَيْحِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ كَثِيرِ بْنِ مُرَّةَ ، عَنْ عُتْبَةَ بْنِ عَبْدٍ ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الْخِلَافَةُ فِي قُرَيْشٍ ، وَالْحُكْمُ فِي الْأَنْصَارِ ، وَالدَّعْوَةُ فِي الْحَبَشَةِ ، وَالْهِجْرَةُ فِي الْمُسْلِمِينَ وَالْمُهَاجِرِينَ بَعْدُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Utbah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The caliphate will remain among the Quraysh, authority will remain among the Ansar, the call (to Islam) will remain among the Abyssinians, and migration will remain among the general Muslims, and after that there will still be emigrants."
