حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ وَهُوَ أَبُو إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْمُعَقِّبُ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَرْوَانُ يَعْنِي الْفَزَارِيَّ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو يَعْفُورٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ يَعْلَى بْنَ مُرَّةَ الثَّقَفِيَّ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " مَنْ أَخَذَ أَرْضًا بِغَيْرِ حَقٍّ ، كُلِّفَ أَنْ يَحْمِلَ تُرَابَهَا إِلَى الْمَحْشَرِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Ya'la bin Murrah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever wrongfully takes a portion of land, that person will be forced on the Day of Resurrection to carry its soil and bring it to the Plain of Gathering.
