Hadith 17515

It is narrated from Hazrat Abdul Muttalib bin Rabee’ah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Hazrat Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Messenger of Allah! (peace and blessings be upon him) When we leave our house, we see the Quraysh talking, but when they see us approaching, they become silent." Upon this, the vein on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings be upon him) forehead between his two eyes swelled, and he said, "By Allah! Faith cannot enter a person’s heart until he loves you for the sake of Allah’s pleasure and because of my kinship."
