Hadith 17513

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ سِيرِينَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ الْمِنْهَالِ ، عن أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : " أَمَرَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِأَيَّامِ الْبِيضِ ، فَهُوَ صَوْمُ الشَّهْرِ " ..
It is narrated from Hazrat Minhal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to fast on the White Days, which in reward are equal to fasting the whole month.
