It is narrated from Hazrat Hubshi bin Junadah (may Allah be pleased with him), who was among the participants of the Farewell Pilgrimage, that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Ali is from me and I am from him, and regarding my message (which was addressed to the polytheists), either I myself can deliver it or Ali can deliver it."
