Hadith 17413

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، حَدَّثَنِي مِشْرَحُ بْنُ هَاعَانَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ ، يَقُولُ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يَقُولُ : " أَسْلَمَ النَّاسُ ، وَآمَنَ عَمْرُو بْنُ الْعَاصِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Uqbah bin Aamir (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "The people have accepted Islam, and Amr bin Aas has brought faith."
