Hadith 17298

حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عُشَّانَةَ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ عُقْبَةَ بْنَ عَامِرٍ ، يَقُولُ : عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ أُثْكِلَ ثَلَاثَةً مِنْ صُلْبِهِ ، فَاحْتَسَبَهُمْ عَلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ فَقَالَ أَبُو عُشَّانَةَ مَرَّةً : " فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ " وَلَمْ يَقُلْهَا مَرَّةً أُخْرَى وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Uqbah bin Amir (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Whoever's three real children die and he shows patience before Allah regarding them, Paradise becomes obligatory for him.
