Hadith 17269

حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، وَالْخُزَاعِيُّ ، قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ ، عَنْ رَافِعِ بْنِ خَدِيجٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ زَرَعَ فِي أَرْضِ قَوْمٍ بِغَيْرِ إِذْنِهِمْ ، فَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ ، وَتُرَدُّ عَلَيْهِ نَفَقَتُهُ قَالَ الْخُزَاعِيُّ : مَا أَنْفَقَهُ وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مِنَ الزَّرْعِ شَيْءٌ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Rafi’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever cultivates a crop in someone else’s land without the owner’s permission, he will get his expenses, but he will not get anything from the crop.
