Hadith 17158

حَدَّثَنَا حَدَّثَنَا هَيْثَمُ بْنُ خَارِجَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عَيَّاشٍ يَعْنِي إِسْمَاعِيلَ ، عَنْ صَفْوَانَ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَيْسَرَةَ ، عَنِ الْعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " قَالَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ : الْمُتَحَابُّونَ بِجَلَالِي فِي ظِلِّ عَرْشِي يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلِّي " ، قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : وَأَحْسَبُنِي قَدْ سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Irbadh (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah Almighty says: Those who love one another for My glory will be under the shade of My Throne, on the Day when there will be no shade except My shade."
