Hadith 17153

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْحِمْصِيُّ ، حَدَّثَتْنِي أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتُ الْعِرْبَاضِ ، قَالَتْ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " حَرَّمَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ كُلَّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ، وَلُحُومَ الْحُمُرِ الْأَهْلِيَّةِ ، وَالْخَلِيسَةَ ، وَالْمُجَثَّمَةَ ، وَأَنْ تُوطَأَ السَّبَايَا حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Irbadh (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the day of Khaybar, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade eating every bird that hunts with its claws, the meat of domesticated donkeys, animals snatched from the mouths of beasts, animals targeted directly, and intercourse with slave women before they give birth.
