حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ الصَّنْعَانِيِّ ، عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ تُوطَأَ الْأَمَةُ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ ، وَعَنِ الْحَبَالَى حَتَّى يَضَعْنَ مَا فِي بُطُونِهِنَّ "
It is narrated from Hazrat Ruifa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade intercourse with a slave woman before her menstruation period, and also with a pregnant woman until she gives birth.
