حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي مَرْزُوقٍ مَوْلَى تُجِيبَ ، وَتُجِيبُ بَطْنٌ مِنْ كِنْدَةَ ، عَنْ رُوَيْفِعِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ افْتَتَحَ حُنَيْنًا ، فَقَامَ فِينَا خَطِيبًا ، فَقَالَ : " لَا يَحِلُّ لِامْرِئٍ ، يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ ، أَنْ يَسْقِيَ مَاءَهُ زَرْعَ غَيْرِهِ ، وَلَا أَنْ يَبْتَاعَ مَغْنَمًا حَتَّى يُقْسَمَ ، وَلَا أَنْ يَلْبَسَ ثَوْبًا مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَخْلَقَهُ رَدَّهُ فِيهِ ، وَلَا يَرْكَبَ دَابَّةً مِنْ فَيْءِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ حَتَّى إِذَا أَعْجَفَهَا رَدَّهَا فِيهِ "
It is narrated from Hazrat Ruifa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) conquered Hunain, I was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) stood up to deliver a sermon and said: “It is not lawful for any man who believes in Allah and the Last Day to irrigate another’s field (wife) with his water. The spoils of war should not be bought or sold before distribution. No one should wear any cloth from the spoils of the Muslims in such a way that when it becomes old, he returns it there, and no one should ride any mount from the spoils of the Muslims in such a way that when it becomes weak, he returns it there.”
