Saeed bin Musayyib (may Allah be pleased with him) says that once, in Madinah Munawwarah, Sayyiduna Muawiyah (may Allah be pleased with him) came and delivered a sermon to us, in which he took out a bunch of hair and showed it, and said: "I think that only the Jews do this. When the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to know of this, he called it 'falsehood'."
