(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْعَلَاءِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سَوَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ حُمَيْدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " إِذَا سَمِعْتُمْ بِهِ بِأَرْضٍ وَلَسْتُمْ بِهَا فَلَا تَدْخُلُوهَا ، وَإِذَا وَقَعَ وَأَنْتُمْ فِيهَا فَلَا تَخْرُجُوا فِرَارًا مِنْهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Awf (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Do not go to a land where this epidemic has broken out, and if you are in a land where it has spread, do not leave from there."
