(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " إِنَّ لِي أَسْمَاءً ، أَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ ، وَأَنَا أَحْمَدُ ، وَأَنَا الْحَاشِرُ الَّذِي يُحْشَرُ النَّاسُ عَلَى قَدَمِي ، وَأَنَا الْمَاحِي الَّذِي يُمْحَى بِيَ الْكُفْرُ ، وَأَنَا الْعَاقِبُ " وَالْعَاقِبُ الَّذِي لَيْسَ بَعْدَهُ نَبِيٌّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Jubair that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: I have several names, I am Muhammad, I am Ahmad, I am Hashir, at whose feet people will be gathered, I am Mahi, through whom disbelief will be erased, and I am Aqib, after whom there will be no prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
