(حديث مرفوع) قَالَ عبد الله بن أحمد : حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " لَا حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: It is not permissible for anyone except Allah and His Messenger to declare any area as a prohibited area.
