Hadith 16683

(حديث موقوف) (حديث مرفوع) وَسَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " لَا حِمَى إِلَّا لِلَّهِ وَلِرَسُولِهِ " .
And I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say that it is not permissible for anyone except Allah and His Messenger to declare any area as a prohibited area.
