(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، وَيُونُسُ ، وَهَذَا حَدِيثُ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَطَّافُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُوسَى بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، قَالَ يُونُسُ ابْنُ أَبِي رَبِيعَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سَلَمَةَ بْنَ الْأَكْوَعِ ، وَكَانَ إِذَا نَزَلَ يَنْزِلُ عَلَى أَبِي ، قَالَ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، إِنِّي أَكُونُ فِي الصَّيْدِ وَلَيْسَ عَلَيَّ إِلَّا قَمِيصٌ ، أَفَأُصَلِّي فِيهِ ؟ ، قَالَ : " زُرُّهُ وَلَوْ لَمْ تَجِدْ إِلَّا شَوْكَةً " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): Sometimes I am engaged in hunting, can I pray in my shirt? The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Fasten it, even if only with a thorn.
