(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ ، عَنْ إِيَاسِ بْنِ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْأَكْوَعِ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا حَضَرَتِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالْعَشَاءُ فَابْدَءوا بِالْعَشَاءِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Salamah bin Akwa’ (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When the ‘Isha prayer and the night meal are combined, then eat the food first.
