(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا
مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ
أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ
أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ
ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، رَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ ، وَمَنْ شَهِدَ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ قَالَ مُؤْمِنٍ بِكُفْرٍ ، فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ لَعَنَهُ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا حَلَفَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit Duhak that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever strikes someone with something in this world will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter, and bearing witness of disbelief against a Muslim is like killing him, and whoever curses a Muslim is like killing him, and whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam is as he has said.
