It is narrated from Sayyiduna Uthman bin Abi Al-Aas and a woman from Banu Qais that they heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: O Allah, forgive my sins, my slips, and the sins I have committed deliberately. And according to another narration, I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) supplicating: O Allah, I seek guidance and righteousness from You in my affairs, and I seek refuge in You from the evil of my own self.
