(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ قُرَّةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ : أَنَّهُ أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَقَدْ كَانَ " حَلَبَ وَصَرَّ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Qurrah that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and he was milking (an animal), after which he tied its teat. Muawiyah bin Qurrah says that my father used to narrate this hadith from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), but I do not know whether he heard it himself or someone narrated it to him.
