(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ أَوْسٍ ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ أَبِي رَزِينٍ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَقَالَ إِنَّ أَبِي أَدْرَكَ الْإِسْلَامَ وَهُوَ شَيْخٌ كَبِيرٌ لَا يَسْتَطِيعُ الْحَجَّ وَلَا الْعُمْرَةَ وَلَا الظَّعْنَ ؟ ، قَالَ : " حُجَّ عَنْ أَبِيكَ وَاعْتَمِرْ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Razin Uqayli that he once presented himself before the Prophet (ﷺ) and said: "My father has become extremely weak and old; he does not have the strength for Hajj and Umrah, nor does he have any desire for women." The Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Then you perform Hajj and Umrah on his behalf."
