(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ لِعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ أَتَذْكُرُ يَوْمَ اسْتَقْبَلْنَا النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ؟ " فَحَمَلَنِي وَتَرَكَكَ . وَكَانَ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، يُسْتَقْبَلُ بِالصِّبْيَانِ إِذَا جَاءَ مِنْ سَفَرٍ " .
One day, Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair said to Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Ja'far, "Do you remember the day when we came before the Prophet (peace be upon him), and he left you and picked me up?" It was the noble habit of the Prophet (peace be upon him) that when he returned from a journey, he would meet the children.
