(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ ، عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، أَنَّ زَمْعَةَ كَانَتْ لَهُ جَارِيَةٌ ، فَكَانَ يَطَؤُهَا ، وَكَانُوا يَتَّهِمُونَهَا ، فَوَلَدَتْ ، فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِسَوْدَةَ : " أَمَّا الْمِيرَاثُ فَلَهُ ، وَأَمَّا أَنْتِ ، فَاحْتَجِبِي مِنْهُ يَا سَوْدَةُ ، فَإِنَّهُ لَيْسَ لَكِ بِأَخٍ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair that Zam‘ah had a slave woman whom he used to have relations with. People also used to accuse this slave woman. Coincidentally, she gave birth to a child. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Sayyidah Sawdah: "Sawdah, he will receive inheritance, but observe veiling from him, for he is not your brother, rather he is the result of sin."
