Hadith 16124

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair that once Sayyiduna Ali mentioned, with the intention of marriage, the daughter of Abu Jahl. When the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to know of this, he said: "Fatimah is a part of my body; her distress is my distress and her discomfort is my discomfort." Abu Hakam says: I asked Sayyiduna Ibn Zubair about nabidh (fermented drink) made in pitchers and gourds; he replied: The Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade it.
