(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْبَخْتَرِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبِيدَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " أَنَّ رَجُلًا حَلَفَ بِاللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ كَاذِبًا فَغَفَرَ اللَّهُ لَهُ " . قَالَ شُعْبَةُ : مِنْ قَبْلِ التَّوْحِيدِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zubair that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: A man swore a false oath with these words: "By Allah, besides whom there is no deity." So, by the blessing of reciting this word of Tawheed, all his sins are forgiven.
