(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، أَنْبَأَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْقَرَّاظِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ , أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , يَقُولُ : " صَلَاةٌ فِي مَسْجِدِي هَذَا ، خَيْرٌ مِنْ أَلْفِ صَلَاةٍ ، فِيمَا سِوَاهُ إِلَّا الْمَسْجِدَ الْحَرَامَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: “Except for Masjid al-Haram, offering one prayer in this mosque of mine is superior in reward to a thousand prayers offered in other mosques.”
