(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا بَقِيَّةُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ الْحِمْصِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ الْحِمْصِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيُّ ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ : عَتِيقَهَا ، وَلَقِيطَهَا ، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي تُلَاعِنُ عَلَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wathilah bin Asqa’ that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A woman inherits in three cases: from her freed slave, from a child who was born dead, and from a child for whom she underwent li’an (mutual cursing).
