(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الْخَوْلَانِيُّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ رُؤْبَةَ التَّغْلِبِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْوَاحِدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّصْرِيِّ ، عَنْ وَاثِلَةَ بْنِ الْأَسْقَعِ اللَّيْثِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " الْمَرْأَةُ تَحُوزُ ثَلَاثَ مَوَارِيثَ : عَتِيقَهَا ، وَلَقِيطَهَا ، وَوَلَدَهَا الَّذِي لَاعَنَتْ عَلَيْهِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Wathilah bin Asqa’ that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: A woman inherits in three cases: from her freed slave, from a child who was born lifeless, and from a child for whom she underwent li’an (mutual cursing).
