(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي بُكَيْرٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَقِيلٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سَهْلِ بْنِ حُنَيْفٍ ، أَنَّ سَهْلًا حَدَّثَهُ , أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ أَعَانَ مُجَاهِدًا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ ، أَوْ غَارِمًا فِي عُسْرَتِهِ ، أَوْ مُكَاتَبًا فِي رَقَبَتِهِ ، أَظَلَّهُ اللَّهُ فِي ظِلِّهِ يَوْمَ لَا ظِلَّ إِلَّا ظِلُّهُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever supports a mujahid fighting in the way of Allah, or helps in freeing a slave with a contract of emancipation, Allah will grant him a place under the shade of His Throne on the Day when there will be no shade except His.
